Pasties with PTA & September PTA Meeting
Our Pastries with PTA event and September PTA meeting will be held on Friday, September 27th in the PTA room. Come have a sweet treat and get to know the PMES PTA board at 9:30. We'll have coffee and pastries to nibble on. Then stick around for our September PTA meeting at 10:30! Come to one or both-we'd love to get to know you!

SPIRIT NIGHT AT BUFFALO'S HAMILTON MILL, 9/17 FROM 4-9PM
Take the family to dinner and support out PTA at Buffalo's Dine & Donate event. Come gather the herd and chow down on winning wings and All America things at Buffalo's Cafe. Mention PMES PTA to your server and 15% of the proceeds from this evening will be donated to the Puckett's Mill. Perfer to stay home? You can also order online & reference the event at Buffalo's.com.

Want to purchase an ad to go in the back of the yearbook for your student? This is very popular with our 5th graders! Deadline to purchase ad space is 11/11 (or order your ad before 10/10 to secure early bird pricing). You must have your photos ready to design the ad when it’s purchased.
Want to submit photos for this year's yearbook? We love that! You can email your photos to pmeshawksyearbook@gmail.com or just post them in the comments section when we issue photo calls right here on Facebook! No need to do both-our Yearbook Committee will pull the photos from Facebook if you post them =)

You can now support PMES PTA through your everyday purchases. Every time you shop or dine out, our PTA will receive a donation from the business you are patronizing and you can earn cash back. It's a win-win! (This is a replacement for our Amazon Smiles program which was discontinued last year.)

Head to givebacks.com, choose Puckett's Mill ES PTA, and create your account. Mobile and desktop purchases are both included in this program.
2. Securely link your card
This will earn our school cash back for in-person shopping and dining. You can also head to the Local Offers page in your Givebacks account to see which local restaurants and retailers are donating to our cause.
3. Earn cashback!
Once you have added the browser extensions, go shopping to start earning cashback and send the $5 bonus to our cause. You'll also earn $5 for each new active backer you refer.

The goal of the PTA is to enhance the educational experience for all students at Puckett's Mill. Thanks to a lot of generous support from families like yours, the PTA sponsors and provides:

At the end of each school year, any remaining PTA funds are donated back to PMES. While the PTA does make donations to the school throughout the year for very specific uses (music program, media center, etc.), the end of year donation is to be used exclusively for educational materials and support.
We're grateful for the community we have at PMES to be able to support our teachers, staff and students this way. We truly believe PMES is a special place and it wouldn't be the same without all of you!
